ACM-Cumberland Media & Public Relations
Philosophy: The Athletics Media and Public Relations Office at ACM serves as the intermediary between the College’s 7 varsity athletic programs and the local and national media. In doing so, the office strives to enhance the publicity and showcase the accomplishments of all ACM student-athletes on the playing surfaces, in the classroom and within the surrounding community.
Goal: To provide the best possible media coverage of ACM - including the department's student-athletes, coaching staffs and administration - by facilitating the requests initiated by various print, television, radio and electronic media members.
The Sports Information, Media and Public Relations staff also provides an expanding range of services to meet the ever-growing needs of the media covering Trojan athletics and ACM fans. These initiatives center around social media, timely results reporting and assisting other information-seeking organizations and individuals. Additionally, the department serves as the chief public division of ACM athletics, upholding ACM’s image as a top NJCAA athletics program in its relations with media, fans and other individuals wishing to learn more about ACM athletics and its members.
